Q: Can I have Prostable S6 and SFM 9 at the same time? A: Yes, men can have both supplements; the only ingredient that is repeated is Saw Palmettos: 150 mg in Prostable S6 and 50mg in SFM 9 totaling 200 mg per serving, which is well within the safe range of amount per serving.
